End User License Agreement

Flow by Kayyo is owned and operated by Power Punch Technologies Inc. ("Power Punch," "Kayyo," "we," "us," or "our"), the parent company of the Kayyo ecosystem of apps.

1. License Grant

Power Punch Technologies Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Flow by Kayyo ("the App") on your personal device(s) strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without Power Punch Technologies Inc.'s written consent
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, AI models, and functionality, is owned by Power Punch Technologies Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

The AI powered mobility analysis and protocols provided by the App are for informational and training assistance purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional coaching, physical therapy, or medical advice. You assume all risk associated with using the App's recommendations during movement and training.

5. Subscription & In App Purchases

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or in app purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. POWER PUNCH TECHNOLOGIES INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL POWER PUNCH TECHNOLOGIES INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE APP.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Power Punch Technologies Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
