Getting Started

How do I record a session?

Film yourself in landscape or portrait, full body in frame, with steady lighting. Tap "Analyze a Session" in the app and pick the video.

How long does analysis take?

Most sessions are scored in under 60 seconds.

Account

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your sessions, scores, and personal data within 30 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Privacy & Data

Are my videos private?

Yes. Videos are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed only to generate your scores, and never used for training without explicit consent.
